In this project we aim to map out sleep patterns, risk factors, and obstacles for sleep in adolescents across Asia, capturing the diversity of societal factors (e.g. geographical, cultural, religious factors) that shape the sleeping habits of adolescents in our region. The initial survey is constructed by the initiating centres (Hong Kong & Singapore). We aim to realize a wide representation of countries/provinces/cities across Asia. Researchers across Asia are invited to translate and distribute the survey within their regions (participating centres).
